Caitlin’s Bio

About Me

Caitlin Oliveros is a licensed physical therapist in NY, CT, and CA. After working in traditional outpatient clinics, Caitlin found that conventional models of care in PT were overall standardized, limited, and impersonal. Feeling the need to provide more elevated patient care, she challenged these traditional practices and, along the way, discovered the path towards holistic wellness. Caitlin is currently specialized in functional movement, chronic pain, pelvic floor, scoliosis, and hypermobility. Outside of physical therapy, she is also a pilates instructor, health coach, and reiki practitioner.

The core of Caitlin’s practice today rests heavily on the basis of intention and integration. Intention: While there is a need to learn about one’s history, there is greater significance in understanding what drives a person forward in their journey, despite their adversity. Integration: There is an equal importance in relating all of an individual’s complexities into their various roles and identity.

Caitlin’s ability to make thorough observations and integrate multiple perspectives into a concise treatment plan is her unique trademark. Caitlin is passionate about empowering individuals in unlocking their innate skills and understandings of the mind-body connection. This same, multifaceted lens is what she aims to bring to the Embodied Meditation Teacher Training.
