Embody: AcuRolling, 75 min class

AcuRolling is the fusion of Yamuna Body Rolling and Acupuncture theory. It allows you to create space in your body--to lengthen, move with ease, and live freely.

Light Movement and Stretching

This class is a combination of stretching, toning, strengthening, and acupressure. With AcuRolling, you will relieve pain and tension, increase range of motion, prevent or recover from injury, and get back to enjoying your favorite activities. We use a series of small inflatable balls, and follow the order of the body, or the “body’s logic” to lengthen, tone and create space. You will see and feel the results immediately.

Qigong for Women offers specialized support for women's health.

Women’s Health Focus

Discover how to recharge breast and uterine health while supporting hormonal balance. This women’s only Qigong class will provide much needed time and space to set intentions for change and growth. You will learn powerful ways to improve your health by lessening anxiety, stress, sadness and fear and learning to take your physical and emotional health into your own hands. 75 minute small group class. INCLUDES: self-massage, cupping, and self-acupressure to release stagnations from the body.

Embody: Nature Walk, 75 min class

Move out of your head and into your body with an 75 minute Embody guided nature walk around the Saugatuck River.

Nature Walk

By immersing ourselves in nature, we are more likely to have new thoughts, ideas, and see things differently. Class will begin outside the studio with grounding and breathwork practices on the lawn, before we mindfully move together, taking time to notice nature’s glimmers and ponder and discuss what comes up for us. Class will wind down with meditation and journaling. Walks are weather permitting.
