Host a Private Event
Interested in hosting an event at Pause + Purpose? You can book the entire studio! We welcome like-minded businesses and organizations to book our studio on an ongoing or one-time basis. If you book the whole Studio, you'll have access to The Grotto, the Main Space on our first floor, our kitchen and restroom, tea and coffee station, as well as The Loft on our second floor.

We welcome health and wellness practitioners to book one of our many spaces on an ongoing or one-time basis. Book the Loft or The Grotto at Pause + Purpose. The Grotto is located on the main floor of Pause + Purpose, with a sliding barn door to create a private atmosphere for you and your clients. The Loft is located on the second floor at Pause + Purpose. You’ll have access to all our equipment, including mats, Backjacks, meditation pillows, yoga blocks, and leg bolsters.

Book a Private Class or a Private Group class. We will recommend the best intructors to create a magical and unique wellness experience that suits your needs and occasion.
Private Classes: $140/class
Private Group Classes: $210/hr for Two ($75 per additional person - up to 12)
