"I hope it helps to know that number one, there is a resonance in the body that sings the truth to you. Number two, that nothing is necessarily the way we see it. You're free to change, to be fluid."

- Martha Beck

Morgan’s Bio

About

Morgan has been practicing yoga and meditation since her college days when she deeply struggled to fit in and find her place. After years of following a corporate career path and increasingly feeling like a square peg in a round hole, she left to pursue her calling as a healer through Martha Beck's Wayfinder Life Coach Training. She is now a successful life coach who helps women to remember themselves and create lives that feel as good as they look.

Morgan completed a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at West Hartford Yoga, studying under Barbara Ruzansky. She is an athlete who loves the connection with Spirit, through the body, that yoga facilitates. Her practice is influenced by her travels in India and Nepal and her study of Tibetan Buddhism and Hinduism. Her classes encourage students to meet themselves where they are with honesty and compassion.

Morgan has a B.A. from Trinity College in Art History and Religion. She has an M.A. in Real Estate Finance from New York University. She lives in Connecticut with her husband, two kids and food-obsessed dog.
