Rocky's journey is one marked by a passion for adventure and a deep commitment to personal growth and community service. With a rich background spanning 19 years in finance and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Quinnipiac University, Rocky's path took a transformative turn in 2017. Seeking more than the corporate world offered, he rediscovered his love for outdoor adventure sports from the rivers to the mountains. This exploration not only reignited his zest for life but also unveiled profound insights into how our environments shape our vitality and societal contributions.

As a Certified Guide with the Flow Genome Project (FGP), Rocky specializes in harnessing peak performance and transformational leadership principles. He skillfully blends these elements into his corporate engagements, offering unique immersive experiences in the canyons of Utah and snow capped mountains of Colorado. Rocky's approach intertwines optimal psychology and neurobiology, focusing on how to train our bodies and minds for heartfelt leadership and impactful living. Through his classes and workshops, participants engage in movement, respiration, music, and dialogue, aiming to foster a more grounded, centered, and integrated approach to life.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Rocky is the founder of RIPROUR, a local outdoor adventure community dedicated to fostering connections with nature while giving back through various fundraising events. He also plays an instrumental role on the board of Park City Presents in Bridgeport, Connecticut. This non-profit organization enriches the city's youth through music technology education programs, reflecting Rocky's dedication to empowering future generations.
